TOP 1: GuangdongExports of 5.4 trillion yuan, +2.5%
In 2023, the total value of Guangdong's foreign trade imports and exports was 8.3 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%. The total value continued to rank first in the country's foreign trade, and its share of the country rose to 19.9%.

TOP 2: Zhejiang

TOP 6: Fujian

In 2023, Fujian's foreign trade imports and exports were 1.97 trillion yuan, down 0.2% year-on-year. Among them, exports were 1.18 trillion yuan, down 2.7%.

In terms of export commodity structure, the top five export commodities in Beijing are refined oil, mobile phones, steel, integrated circuits, and auto parts, which together account for 55% of the region's total exports.
TOP 8: Sichuan

In 2023, the total import and export value of Sichuan's goods trade was 957.49 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4%, ranking 8th in the country. Among them, exports were 603.39 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.3%.
The export scale of some commodities in Sichuan is leading the country. In 2023, Sichuan exported 1.94 billion yuan, 11.09 billion yuan, and 5.64 billion yuan of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, and lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, respectively, ranking first, second, and third in the country.

TOP 9: Henan
Exports of 528 billion yuan, +2.4%
In 2023, Henan's total foreign trade import and export value was 810.79 billion yuan, ranking first in the central region for 12 consecutive years, of which exports were 528 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.4%.
In terms of export categories, in 2023, Henan exported 342.74 billion yuan of mechanical and electrical products, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%, accounting for 64.9% of the province's export value, of which mobile phones accounted for 45.6% of the province's export value; automobile, human hair products and agricultural products exports grew rapidly, up 106.5%, 16.8% and 8.3% year-on-year respectively, and the three together raised the province's foreign trade export growth rate by 3.4 percentage points.
TOP 10: Anhui
Exports of 523.12 billion yuan, +11.3%
Anhui is the biggest surprise in the 2023 list, and is expected to become the well-deserved "dark horse" of foreign trade in 2023. Last year, Anhui's imports and exports increased by 7.8% to 805.22 billion yuan, 7.6 percentage points higher than the national average, and the growth rate remained the first in the Yangtze River Delta and the central region.
In terms of exports, Anhui exported 523.12 billion yuan last year, an increase of 11.3%.
Automobile exports are the biggest highlight of Anhui. Anhui regards automobiles as the "first industry" and has attracted a number of vehicle manufacturers and parts companies such as Chery, JAC, BYD, and Weilai. In 2023, Anhui Province exported 729,200 vehicles, an increase of 89.8%, ranking second in the country; the value of goods was 71.46 billion yuan, an increase of 118.3%. In addition, 25,900 new energy vehicles were exported, an increase of 70.8%.
Wuhu, the "growth champion" of foreign trade, has automobile exports accounting for more than 80% of the province's total. Last year, Wuhu's export growth rate reached 63.7%.
